These new buildings have created a surge in demand for professionally trained property managers who have the skills and training to manage a portfolio of properties.  In 2016, there was over 11,000 unique job postings for property managers in Seattle.

Starting in fall 2018, North Seattle College will begin offering the Property Management Bachelor of Applied Science (PM BAS) program. North’s Property Management BAS will be the only property management bachelor’s degree on the west coast and will offer a unique hands-on program preparing students to immediately work in Seattle’s changing commercial and residential landscape.  The PM BAS program will prepare graduates for careers in property management with current median earnings of over $60,000 per year in Seattle.

The PM BAS program utilizes current property management professionals and firms to create and update the program curriculum, ensuring graduates have the skills and knowledge required to succeed a rapidly growing and changing Seattle region.
